Mission Statement

To carry out Our Lord’s directives to Reverend Sister Mary Ursula Osinakachukwu Igbokwe to renew in the hearts of the People and the Priests devotion to Jesus’ sufferings and His way of the Cross, by praying the Rosary of Crucifixion as the instrument of this mission.

Aim

To enable Our Lord’s directives, to re-establish this devotion for “My people and My Priests,” to be carried out, so as to console Our Agonizing Jesus, who continues to suffer mystically for us.

Vision

The vision of the Apostolate of the Rosary of Crucifixion is to awaken in the hearts of God’s people and Priests a new repentance for our sins and a deep sense of gratitude to God for His great mercy towards us. The instrument we use for achieving this is the Rosary of Crucifixion.

The Apostolate Spirit

This work is charity-oriented and mission-driven. It seeks to bring God’s mercy to families, Christian homes, Church parishes, and all the faithful through prayer, propagation, witness, and devotion.

Charity-oriented activities

The Apostolate encourages acts of charity carried out in a spirit of prayer, sacrifice, compassion, and service, so that devotion to the suffering Jesus becomes visible in love for God and neighbour.

Love for God and neighbour

The Rosary of Crucifixion leads the faithful to contemplate the love of Christ on Calvary and to respond by loving God more deeply and serving others with mercy.

Humility

The way of the Cross teaches humility. Through this devotion, members are invited to accept daily crosses, unite them with Jesus, and serve without self-seeking.

Obedience to the Catholic faith

The Apostolate honors the Catholic faith and seeks to remain faithful, respectful, and obedient in its prayer, teaching, and propagation of the devotion.

Propagation of the Rosary of Crucifixion

The Apostolate carries out the call to make the Rosary of Crucifixion known and to invite souls to meditate on the sufferings and crucifixion of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
